Dharamshala: The Vice chair of the Assembly of Tibetan People's Deputies, Dolma Gyari, is presently in Nagpur to attend the Akhil Bhartiya Panchdah Samelan from 6 to 8 November.
This convention is to commemorate the birth centenary of Lakshmibhai Kelkar.

Dharamshala: Tibetan Institute of Performing Arts (TIPA) toured Darjeeling and Kalimpong in Indian state of West Bengal, from 19 October to 2 November, to present Tibetan arts.

Dharamshala: Election frenzy has returned to the Tibetan Diaspora after a brief lull since the primaries of the Assembly of the Tibetan People's Deputies last September.
As the computer counting of ballots wrapped up this morning, the Tibetan Election Commission is set to declare the results on Tuesday.
